Important Notice for Ironman GNCC Fans
Dear GNCC Fans,
We’re excited to welcome everyone back to Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana, for the Ironman GNCC, October 24–26, 2025! This event marks the season finale of the 2025 Grand National Cross Country Series and one of the most anticipated weekends of the year.
As the event continues to grow, our top priority remains the safety and enjoyment of our racers, teams, and fans. To that end, we ask that you review the following important updates to the 2025 Ground Rules and After-Hours Programming.

- Modified Weekend Schedule:
Friday:
Specialized Turbo eMTB: 4 pm
Saturday:
ATV Youth: 8 am
Bike Micro: 8:30 am (separate track)
ATV Micro: 9:15 am (separate track)
ATV Amateur: 10 am
ATV Pro: 1 pm
Bike Youth: 4 pm
Sunday:
Bike Amateur Race 1: 8 am
Bike Amateur Race 2: 10 am
Bike Pro: 1 pm - Race for the Cure: Wear your pink! Donations will be taken for the Montgomery County Community Foundation, Faith Alliance Fund.
- Trick-Or-Treating: Friday @ 4-6 PM; Saturday @ 6-8 PM - Vendor Row & Sponsor Village.
- ePeeWee (STACYC) Racing: Saturday @ 6:00 PM - Finish Line (candy will be available).
- Halloween Costume Contest: Saturday @ 6:30 PM - TBA (candy will be available).
🚫 Motorized Pit Vehicle Policy
All motorized pit vehicles are prohibited throughout the Ironman Raceway property. This includes:
- Golf carts
- Side-by-sides
- Scooters
- Pit Bikes
- E-bikes are permitted so long as they do not have a throttle.
The only exception will be for individuals with a valid handicapped permit issued by a state authority. Approved vehicles must be registered at Rider Registration and display a GNCC Handicapped Pass at all times.
To assist our guests, GNCC will provide complimentary shuttle carts operating throughout the day and evening to help you move between parking areas, camping zones, and the vendor village.
🎶 After-Hours Programming & Safety
After much discussion with local law enforcement officials, there will not be a concert at the 2025 Ironman GNCC. While the concerts have provided some great memories, they have also become a hotspot for misbehavior, and this change reflects our shared commitment to maintaining a safe and family-friendly atmosphere for everyone.
Fans can still look forward to a variety of after-hours activities in the Sponsor and Vendor Village, including autograph sessions, entertainment, and interactive displays celebrating the Ironman GNCC spirit.
🚔 Law Enforcement & Alcohol Policy
GNCC is proud to partner with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Crawfordsville Police Department, and Indiana State Police to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Please be advised that law enforcement officers will be actively enforcing all state and local laws, including a strict crackdown on underage alcohol consumption.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. Any violation of event or local laws may result in removal from the facility.
